■ Cancellation & Late Arrival
Please note that cancellation fees are non-refundable after your reservation has been confirmed.
If you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
The lesson will start and continue according to the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. Please note that we cannot provide a refund or extend the lesson time due to late arrival.
